Second: 10 officers/directors is required quorum for the Executive Board meeting only each month.
[adviser is not counted as quorum unless he/she is elected as a director or officer]
General Membership meeting [annual]and election of officers [biennial] has a different quorum required per CB provision which is 'all active members present that day and two-third [2/3/]votes of those present is required to conduct a business transaction valid'
