There are some Resolutions to be re-introduced regarding term of office, mandatory attendance of officers and directors to the regular monthly meeting. I called potential cnadidates randomly. Tonight is the 2012 OFFC ANNUAL CONVENTION COMMITTEE at the Philippine Consulate, chaired by Jake Manegdeg, co-chaired by Larry Ramirez, William Cudal, Danny Villaruz, Ilalo Parayno.
