For some consideration and accommodation of few
suggestion gathering must to move to late date
as others may able to come

May 22, 2010 as agreed by the four masters
Fe must contact Orleans should May 22, 2010 still okay
if not, back to Excalibur to ask May 22, 2010 also.
Should Excalibur said no, then, back to Orleans
May 15, 2010 as original date

Amado will inform Araceli about the May 22, 2010
just for accommodation of them from Norte
all potentials must have to obtain visa before
Philippine elections, ready to fly
to attend May 22, 2010

Fe will call Orleans, Jesse to explain to Ricana
why Excalibur contract was not in their favor
strict as they are, requirements are hard to meet

Two Lydias are in favor of the change of date
as they want to give chance to Philippine delegates
hoping some of them can come
join the reunion and 2oth anniversary of the DWCLCAAH
