I am not from Vigan but my friendship with Mario Albalos, Jun Abinsay made me a co-organizer with this Vigan Assn in August 1983==========This afternoon there will be a small birthday celebration for G========Lei and Jun will treat us from Max Waipahu===========HOROSCOPE========April 07, 2013 Virgo (8/23-9/22) Past mistakes or missteps are all water under the bridge -- you cannot think of them when you are thinking about what to do next.
