NEAL BLAISDELL PARK-PEARL CITY
Minimum of 16-20 volunteers
ABOUT 6AM 8AM We need 3 or 4 abled bodied volunteers to set up tent and chairs and tables early in the morning at 6am-before 8am Tony, Ador,Gus, Johnny, Amado, will assemble the tent, and whoever come in help us
Please bring our signs/banners at the NEAL BLAISDELL PARK
[Take NOTE: Treasurers and Presidents: Please prepare a check payable to 50TH STATE POULTRY, INC.
ABOUT 730AM---1st batch= 2 volunteers will go to Cooking Place to pick up the FIRST HALF OF ORDER, we need someone with a truck or pick up truck, maybe Pari Johnny or Tony . COOKING PLACE at the corner of Nimitz Hwy and Puuhale Rd by the Elementary School and I and , pick up the chicken
ABOUT 730-8am FIRST PICK UP TO ARRIVE Neal Blaisdell Park---------2-4 to unpack hot chicken from box
ABOUT 9:30AM, at least 100 or 300 will be ready for customer/buyer to pick up order
---4 [pair of 2] to packaging/bagging hot chicken
---2-4 bagging of 5, 10,[make sure to count chicken as bagging
[ABOUT 9:30AM 11:30 AM WE SHOULD ALL BE IN OUR RESPECTIVE ASSIGNMENT/POST. THE BUSIEST HOUR TO PICK
---2 control receiving tickets
---4 to issue chicken after clearing at the paying/reception table
---1 to compile empty boxes/plastic bags/trash
---1 control the incoming line
Lets bring some bottled water
Somebody will bring cooked rice
Somebody will bring dinengdeng
paper plates, fork, spoons, napkins
we have some 'volunteers bonus for lunch chicken'
The SUCCESS OF THIS EVENT depends on US: time, treasure and commitment and active participation----
