SEPTEMBER 4, 2013 WEDNESDAY -------In attendance clockwise from Danny Villaruz, Al Sabangan, Paul Taong, Estrella Taong, Rose Sabangan, Amado Yoro, Roger Tapat, Art Abinsay, Louie Funtanilla, and Jun Abinsay.==========talked about the previous Vigan Assn 30th anniversary - excellent-----with the presence of the Ilocos Sur Governor Ryan Singson and wife-----with the Vigan City Mayor Eva Marie Medina and group--------talked about increasing membership=======Roger Tapat was invited for this meeting, he is the new president of Sto Domingo Ilocos Sur Oahu Chapter, to be installed on December 14, 2013 at the Pearl Country Club==========I offered myself to help the Membership Committee Chaired by Al Sabangan, to bring IDAYA GROUP by May-June 2014===as part of my goal to bring more members---------talked about the Feria Fund--------stilll in the bank $1000.00 plus==========I was humbled to accept the appointment as Chair of the Compilation of ISAH special events - as a documentary file-------I will start backward from current and backward arrangement-----make a verbal/written report from time to time---------------PARTNERSHIP Jun will prepare and present a FORMULA how partnership works for the Oct 1 board meeting=========MEDICAL MISSION should always be open though one suggested to close down permanently--------suggestion from one person is acknowledged and respected, however, closure should always be the decision of the rest of the board members============QUIRINO award must be a fundraising effort=====Amado will prepare and present how it works=========[if someone thinks not a money making project-------please do not campaign in negative way-----------give incentives to units, still allocate a percent to the ISAH medical mission.=============When will be the QA? should be between Aug-november=====not too close the the Dec 2014 as MM week======TO BRING A QUORUM FOR THE OCTOBER 1 MEETING- I VOLUNTEERED TO CALL RANDOMLY THE OFFICERS OF ISAH===========CONCERN CONCERN Auditor's position------why her name was off=====MAIN GROUND: Non installed in July 2012========non-attendance[gross negligence----dereliction of duties, non participating in activity/ies for more than ONE YEAR=========I STAND STRONG AND FIRM why I suggested that the name must be replaced by the sitting assistant auditor====The Board of Directors are the governing body of the association, they are the decision makers============ANNOUNCEMENT: Annak ti Sinait/Sinait Alumni----Every first Saturday of the month Walk for Fun====Sept 21-----HOKU chicken=======Cabugao affair Dec 7, 2013; Dec 14, Sto Domingo affair
