January 20, 2013 Sunday========Early in the morning, my wife and I went to church. This is an annual meeting for the church. Reports will be presented by different officers. Budget and Stewardship Report will be presented.========Election of 1 junior warden, 3 Bishop committee members and 7 convention delegates and regional representatives will be elected.======= Marcelo and Amado conducted the elections. Canvassers are Dwayne, Eddie, Raffy, Noli, Amonio, Marcelo, Albina ======New set up of officers:========Bishop Warden, Lita Peralta; Junior Warden, Erlinda Butay- 47; Bueno, treasurer,BC Agbayani, 69, Dacanay,67. De Jesus,68, clerk/secretary; Acopan,Duldulao, Dureg, Mariano, Viernes, Yoro, ======Convention delegates/regional representatives: Agbayani, Duldulao, Acopan, Dureg, De Jesus, Mariano, Viernes, ======= At the BC meeting,in attendance: clockwise from Fr. Randy,[end table] Lita, Gloria, Irene, Faye, Maribel, Julie [end table]Marcelo, Nita, Carlos, Fely, Linda, Amado. Each officers expressed what they would do, or what they'll support.=======most of them want to continue the current programs.=======Improve or maintain the Fundraisings======== As Chair of the BoA, we want to see the FUNDRAISING EFFORTS be the first priority. Because of the multiple fundraising are going on, we suggested that the committee must conduct a SURVEY as we have to find out the feedback from the membership as a whole- this is a 'customer driven' project; at least find out the TOP 3 products to sell.======YOUTH DEVELOPMENT must be encourage in order to give the youth and young adults the opportunity to participate - more participation and find a quality programs for them.====We suggested to define who are the youth and young adults by setting up an age bracket-----from here, we can re-organize the youth=====We suggested to have the Iloko Bible Sharing revived======I will make a plan of action, I will prepare a sign up sheet======7 is good number to start with=====Community service/outreach by way of pro-active participant of the MISSION DAY SERVICE with the Institute for Human Service - each month=====the Hawaii Food Bank must resume=======the radio program for promotional consideration========= Co
