=February 11, 2013 Monday ==Personal Journal======Thanks God, its a new day========I got up 5am, pushed blue bin along the road curb for pick up=========nakariing metten dagiti nagturog iti salas, they call it night camping, G, Lia, and CJ==========we greeted each other good morning========inaldaw metten nga umaddang ni Lia, jokingly, I said to her: are you ready with me to go to McDo===========nalawa ti isemna==========I hugged CJ tight before he goes to school, his mother drop him at 7:30 am, and I will be the one to pick up at 2pm======== HOROSCOPE============= =======February 11, 2013 Virgo (8/23-9/22) This is a day when you can make a lot of headway working through a love, friendship or work relationship issue.     From home at 8:05, I walked 4 miles in 2 hours from home to Don Quijote, and come back= slow pace, regular walk======along Auwaha, Renton, turn left to Fort Weaver Rd passing Child and Family Center, then the West Loch Fairways, then the West Loch Golf Course bridge, then old St Francis Hospital, now Hawaii Medical Center, right turn to Farrington Hwy towards Waipahu town=========passed Leoku and the Bus Shelter, to miles one way, then, back, took the other side of Fort Weaver, light drizzle=========I got home 10:06am============Thanks God========feel good again============

    WHAT A NICE READING after my 4 miles for 2 hours walk today This is my Blood pressure reading I got from Longs Drug machine. Its all within the normal border====Thanks for the regular and daily walking=====
