April 10 is the 60 days before the day of the June 9 convention======this time is the mailing General Notice to all OFCC unit members with specific forms: Renewal membership, Nomination form, delegate form, with official cover letter signed by the OFCC president and the OFCC Convention Chair these forms must be mailed to all membership mot later than
April 25- a 45 days before the day of the convention====
May 10, a 30 days before the day of the convention=====all proposed amendment/s to the bylaws be submitted
May 26, a 14 days before the day of the convention [OFCC regular board meeting this day]. all fees, must be submitted: membership renewal fee, delegates fee; nomination form; resolutions not later than 6pm May 26.
