Our Objective Our Committee role Who, what and when to do it [plan of actin] A doable and realistic timetable What is the purpose Who can participate When do we release and invite Place and time: Central Oahu Regional Park What do we prepare; in itemize manner What are needed. people, prizes, bottled water, drinks, snacks, etc I heard about T-Shirts These should now be in black and white guidelines STEP ONE Pre-registration fee of $10.00 collected not at the park [option for refund or to donate] should he/she is not eligible to walk for health reason STEP TWO Order Tee-shirts at $15.00 non-refundable STEP THREE Participant must be checked by qualified nurse, if found qualified, participant must sign a Release Waiver Form STEP FOUR Recheck by qualified nurse, after the walk THESE WAS MADE BY ME IN JANUARY 4, 2011.
