For the 3rd semi-annual campaign now DWCLCAAH in partnership with UFCH/OFCC and various Filipino organizations in Oahu is in full swing. The campaign as organized and spearheaded by DWCLCAAH chaired by this writer was started in November 2009. The second batch was last April 2010 with the UFCH/OFCC in conjunction with the 2010 Census. All donations will be delivered before the Thanksgiving Day. Deadline for donations is November 21.
