Septenber 24, 2013 Tuesday------OFCC Past Presidents Council meeting at the Burger King across Neal Blaisdell Park, Pearl City. In attendance are Danny Villaruz, Chair; Ilalo Parayno, Amado Yoro, Dr. Arnold Villafuerte and Jenny Quezon. ======================Meeting was called to order at 6:30pm by Danny Villaruz====Topic of discussion: A. Resignation of Directors in almost one time; Eddie Bueno, Dr. Ignacio Torres, and Davelyn Quijano. [Bueno non attendance, Torres travelling, Quijano, back and forth to the Philippines] B. Vacancy-----how it can be filled in. It is the primary duty of the Board of Directors to solicit nominees and be voted by secreta ballot among themselves[BoD] C. COPP Chair: Danny Villaruz to continue [Note: Bylaws was amended that the Immediate Past President is no longer automatic to be a chair but Chair shall be selected among active past presidents among the 5 of them. D> Direction of the OFCC-----'reparation stage' that makes the administration into slow movement----progressing but need more to do----Meeting schedules was suggested either to be called "as needed" or a quarterly basis. E. COPP shall always be avail themselves if their services and support is asked. Being no further discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15pm.

Randy, Carlos V, Noli B, Gerry B and Amado-------Treasurer's report $2627.00 +; proposed projects: reprint books, fundraising: imbutido, arrozcaldo, church maintenance and beautification, home visitation, Koala moa [I can't support KM]====Bad experience in the past.========================

My community and volunteer day as we have a BBQ fundraising for scholarship and medical mission---------We have about 24 volunteers-----After the fundraising, I was so relieved it was done----When I got home this afternoon, I was so blessed that God heard me---heard my prayers -and provided me a relief about my mortgage------Beneficial approved my loan modification down from more 5% to 2.000% rate and reduced my monthly payment by more than $500.00=====God Thank you==========
