MY PERSONAL JOURNAL AND IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES

MY PERSONAL JOURNAL AND IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES APRIL 24, 2012 TUESDAY About 4 pm this afternoon I reached the sign waving spot- Waipahu Triangle. I just parked my car along the Farrington Hwy, a few moments, one car behind where I parked is another car with people inside. It was Christine P, the leader of the group, got out and greeted me good afternoon, Manong. With Christine, about 7 youngsters came out too from the car. They are also a volunteers for th Sign waving for Ed Case, US Senate. After Christine line up these young students, – tomorrow’s leaders along the highways, she rushed out and go to pick up some more volunteers. Danny V, joined us, and more people. Sign waving was fun and interesting, some of the youths are hummming, screaming, dancing while they put their hand signs on the air as bus, trucks, cars are passing by. They seems aggressive and enthusiatic having fun and getting good positive responses. Its about 5:20 pm everybody dispersed. =====00000====== Danny and I had a cup of coffee talk story at McDonald, Waipahu. We talked something about the upcoming OFCC and UFCH convention in June and July respective, as we are co-chairing the OFCC convention. Who are the potential candidates for president? Both Councils have their own financial and membership challenges. Need to improve and need to recruit members and participants.
