Duque, past president of Gumil Filipinas and Don Carlos Palanca Hall of Famer passed away due to kidney failure===========with Amelia's permission, I informed other fellow writers through FB======Rey is a year younger me. He was one of the delegates from the Philippines to attend our Gumil Oahu First International Conference in 2001========He was our guest [with Diony Bulong] when we organized Gumil Oahu on August 13, 1996 as I was the first president of Gumil Oahu=======HOROSCOPE===========April 08, 2013 Virgo (8/23-9/22) You have an easy attitude about life today, and you'll have a good time just shooting the breeze with your friends -- so try not to have a very elaborate or ambitious schedule.
