Yoro For Jesse, he always there when you ask for help in any community activities. He always share his time, talent and treasure for the good of others. 1. Personal Achievements: · Jesse was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines · Graduated at the St. Williams College [now Divine Word College of Laoag]. Laoag City, with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree. · Arrived in Hawaii in 1966 seek for better opportunities · First, Started working at the "Century Furniture" at Mapunapuna st.(Upholtery dept. for a month and moved to "Kahala Hilton Hotel" started Busboy in Sept.11, 1966 at the "Hala Terrace Restaurant" where Danny Kilikini Show then transferred to "Room Service" deptartment as Captain Waiter for 13 1/2 years of service. In December of same year, he received an "Employee Awardee". In 1972, joined the Saladmaster Family as a Distributors for Conrad Venzon Dealership in Hon. In 1980, he was able to have his own Dealership "J. and E. Marketing. the same year Jesse was one who qualified for "Master Dealer" with purchase Volume of more $100,000.00 "Wholesale Cost" for a Free Travel to "Paris" for two, including Airfare, Hotel for one week. In 1984, joined "Surety Life" Insurance own by Sears at that time under Ben Gudoy Agency. Sold one policy a day in a month, with a free trip to the Carrebian,(BAHAMAS) Enjoyed the "SKYWARD" Ship with five Islands to visit. extended trip for a week. In Aug.1985 he took up the Real Estate Examination and passed. Joined the real estate training class with "Herbert Horita Realty"In Dec. 1985 he got his real estate license. After a few years moved to another Real Estate Agency, took some real estate courses for "GRI' Graduate Realtor Institute until he retired-2012. In 2005, retired in the "Food Service" at the Ala Moana Hotel after 16 1/2 years of service with a total of 31 1/2 years of Food service. Lots of Sacrifice and hard work in the Hotel Industry (Local-five Union ). · And now, he joined the Community, the OFCC and volunteered his time to community service projects.. · He was a Licensed Real Estate Agent and served for more than 20 successful years · Raised, nurtured and supported two [2] children to become a successful in their respective chosen field 2. As a community volunteer · Jesse is a regular participant in Feeding the Homeless at the Institute for Human Services [IHS] even before and after the adoption of the Resolution 2010-001 by the United Filipino Council of Hawaii, Maui Convention in 2010, as a partnership with all the Island Councils and unit organizations · Regular volunteer with OFCC annual election in various capacities · Participant Filipino Centennial Parade · Participant: FilComCenter Filipino Fiesta Parade and float making · Monetary donor: Ilocos Surian Medical & Homecoming Mission 3. Community Service/Civic Involvements Jesse is currently a OFCC director. Serve in various responsible positions and committees. Jesse is always visible, available and flexible to the call of volunteer service, consistent and committed. He always willing, able and ready to give his time and contribution, time and money the best he can share. Co-Chair in the Adopt a Hwy clean up project, picking up trash along the highway, the Kalihi street, in particular. He always there to help unload, unpack, and pack a cooked huli huli chicken during fundraising event, carry a cases of drinks, bottled water, to the table of board meetings, Jesse is always someone you can depend on because he believes action is better than idea, to deliver result. Pascual, attended University of Hawaii, with Associate Degree, working as a Sales Marketing for International Honolulu Trading, married to Taddaeus Viernes Finance Manager for Cutter / Chevrolet at Ala Moana Blvd. Honolulu Office, with only one daughter. 2. Jessica June Pascual finished her Degree at University of Hawaii at Manoa, in Computer Science (Major) in Business Information worked at Oceanit,( A Research Inviromemtal Company) as Business Process Analyst, married to Cliford Tabuyo a Salesman at Servco Auto Honolulu at Mapunapuna,in Honolulu, with two daughters and one son. · As a loving and caring father, Jesse serves as a living ‘role model’ for his children, the family in general. Jesse is an achiever and a consistent community volunteer. · Blessed with two successful professional children: is the best evidence that this nominee [as parent] still find time from his busy schedules at work, home and family to do their social and community responsibilities in the field of volunteerism and community service and fundraising drive for good cause. · As a director, Jesse serves in various responsible positions and committees. Jesse is always visible, available and flexible to the call of volunteer service, consistent and committed. · He always willing, able and ready to give his time and contribute the best he can share. · He is always around, available and accommodating when community service is concerned.
