    April 10 = a 60 days before the date of June 9 convention=====mail general notice with specific forms, membership renewal, delegates list, nomination to ALL UNIT ORGANIZATIONS no later than 45 days before the day of June 9 convention=====
    MAY 10= a 30 days before the June 9 convention====submission of all proposed bylaws amendment
    May 25 = 14 days before the day of June 9 convention,= submission of all fees, renewal, delegates names with fees, nomination form, resolution
